Platforms

GFAM has established two new platforms related to its capital mandates and is in progress for a third one.

24GO

The 24GO Professional Investment Platform is a real estate platform which targets to produce serious return on investment within a very short period of time, from the acquisition of early phase residential units, their completion “to the key” and the resale of those units, together with mortgage loans or corporate loans in the case of clients who buy in order to rent afterwards.

The plan for this platform is to develop strategic cooperations with suppliers as well as to offer IoT interconnection to the final buyers, into the entire value of the new apartment. The platform is targeting only capital cities, where the demand is much higher than any other location.

For the investors, it is targeting IRR above 15% without leverage and above 20% with leverage.

WATT-X

The WATT-X platform is a €2 billion plan of GFAM, to develop an interconnected BeSS network in all South and Central Europe, together with prime partners from the industry.

The platform is at the phase of capital raising and is expected to start operations on Q4 2024. It has already developed a very robust deal flow, in the primary regions where GFAM operates (SEE) as well as in South Africa, in coordination with local partners.

The expected IRR is above 15%, on the most conservative scenario.

HYDRO-X

GFAM is working in establishing a new Hydrogen related platform, in connection to the WATT-X. The Hydrogen platform will address investments in the future deployment in Hydrogen production and distribution systems in SEE. This platform targets a size of €300 million with the aim to build a robust set of distribution network in the early phases of the market.

This HYDRO-X platform is scheduled to start operations on Q4 2025.

FINTENSA

GFAM is related to FINTENSA but it does not have any equity or executive participation to this company. It is an external partner, introducer of its algorithmic services in the SEE region. Christos Mouroutis is also a non-executive member of the Fintensa’s team.

SYNERGY ALLIANCE

Synergy Alliance is a JV between GFAM and a group of partners based in Shanghai, China (PRC), with the aim to develop investments in SEE, with technology transfer from PRC. PRC has been developed significantly in the last 10 years and is a leader in the energy, the automation and the robotic industry.

Our aim is to transfer production activities in Europe, in partnership with specific groups from the PRC.

On this basis, GFAM has developed a deal flow which targets development of those investments in North Greece with the assistance of the Greek investment framework, which allow grants up to 70% of the investment, under specific criteria.
